Refund Policy

We want the Kit to be useful. If it is not, you can get your money back.

14-day refund

Email you@example.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email or receipt number. You do not need to give a reason. We aim to reply within 3 business days, and the refund is issued through Creem to your original payment method.

After 14 days

Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion, for example if a file is damaged and we cannot fix it.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first; we will refund faster than a chargeback can be processed.
