This policy explains what information Prompt Forge Studio ("we") handles when you visit this site or buy the Terminal Agent Starter Kit (an unofficial guide for Claude Code & Codex CLI).

What we collect

• Purchases. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Creem collects your name, email, billing country and payment details. We receive your name, email, country, and order details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Support emails. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address to answer you.
• This website. The site is static and hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. GitHub may log technical data (such as IP address) as described in GitHub's privacy statement.

How we use it

• To deliver your purchase, send receipts and updates you are entitled to, process refunds, and answer support requests.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

Sharing

We share information only with Creem (payments, tax, fraud prevention), GitHub (hosting), and our email provider, or when required by law.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and tax law. Support emails are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Email you@example.com.
